Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping to arrive depending on location within the United States.
Any Item that is out of stock and has been requested, based on Salve or Tincture please allow 1-2 days to make. Soaps and shampoos scents are always changing and will take 4-6 weeks to cure once made. All Soaps currently listed are currently in stock and have limited quantities.
Refund and Exchange policy
Exchanges are accepted to unused products, customer is responsible for shipping product back, Natural Living will pay for new item to be delivered. Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products and is up to the customer to pay shipping for said refunded item.
*refunds will be issued once item is in transit.
